We rarely have ever seen a player dominate so many different facets of the game through generation after generation of the game's top superstars. His two goal performance against Juventus did nothing but characterize his typical presence that seems to always dictate the outcome of the game when he has on a Madrid shirt. His bicycle kick strike on the first leg was nothing shy of spectacular and acrobatic, and the heroics continued on to the second leg. Here is a summary of what happened on the first leg.
On the second leg Juventus appeared to create the opportunities for themselves to comeback into the tie, and eventually they did -- with Blaise Matuidi equalizing for them.
